MRPII SYSTEM FOR PHARMA
"A dose of control"
Whilst employed at Surepharm, a contract pharmaceutical manufacturer in South Derbyshire, our James was heavily involved in the development and ongoing management of a variety of control systems but, especially, the bespoke Manufacturing Resource Planning system. This MRPII system (and its offshoots) would go on to govern the activities of every department within the company but without the need for excessive maintenance or system administration.
Since leaving the company, James has carried on in a consulting role in support of the MRPII system, as the company moves to transfer operations to a more corporate SAP system from a third-party vendor.
